Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are designed to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between POPUP STUDIO PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and users, as well as other necessary matters, in relation to the use of the bkamp service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means the AI Viber community platform provided by the Company, including Showcases, Recipes, community boards, and all related services.
2. "User" refers to both Members and Non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" refers to an individual who has registered by providing personal information to the Company and is able to continuously receive information about the Service and use the Service.
4. "Showcase" refers to content where Members display and share projects they've created using AI tools.
5. "Recipe" refers to prompt guides and tutorial content created by Members.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to Members.
2. We may revise these Terms as long as it doesn't violate applicable laws.
3. When the Company revises the Terms, it will specify the effective date and reasons for revision and post them on the initial screen of the Service along with the current Terms from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, in the case of revisions to the Terms that are unfavorable to Members, notice will be given 30 days in advance.
4. Members have the right not to agree to the revised terms, and if they do not agree to the revised terms, they may stop using the service and withdraw their membership. However, if you continue to use the service after the effective date of the terms, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the terms.

Article 4 (Membership Registration and Establishment of Use Agreement)

1. The Terms of Use agreement is established when a person who wishes to become a Member agrees to the terms, submits a membership registration application, and the Company approves it.
2. Sign up is done through social login using your Google or GitHub account.
3. The Company may refuse approval or terminate the user agreement after the fact for applications that fall under any of the following:
   • When you sign up using someone else's information
   • If you provide false information or fail to provide required information
   • In other cases where registering as a Member is deemed to significantly interfere with service operations

Article 5 (Provision of Services)

1. The company provides the following services.
   • Showcase: Exhibit and Share AI Projects
   • Recipe: Share prompt guides and tutorials
   • Community: Q&A, free board, and other spaces to connect
   • Profile: Manage Your Personal Activity History
   • Notifications: Provides service-related notifications
   • Other services developed by the Company or provided through partnerships
2. We aim to keep the service running 24/7, year-round. However, we may need to limit or pause all or part of the service due to system maintenance, upgrades and replacements, network outages, or similar issues.

Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

1. Members must not engage in the following actions.
   • Using the service through fraudulent means such as stealing others' information or registering false information
   • Actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights, including copyright, of the Company or third parties
   • Actions that damage the reputation of the company or third parties or interfere with their business operations
   • Publishing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information that violates public order and morals on the service
   • Using the service for commercial purposes without the company's consent
   • Actions that disrupt the stable operation of the service (hacking, distributing malicious programs, etc.)
   • Acts that violate other relevant laws
2. Members must comply with relevant laws and regulations, the provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines, and any notices or precautions announced in relation to the Service.

Article 7 (Management of Posts)

1. Copyright for content posted by Members within the service (Showcases, Recipes, posts, comments, etc.) belongs to POPUP STUDIO PTE. LTD. However, Members retain rights to original works created outside the service using AI tools.
2. Content posted by Members within the service may be displayed in Search Results, the service, and related promotions, and may be partially modified, reproduced, or edited to the extent necessary for such display.
3. The Company may delete, move, or refuse to register posts that fall under any of the following categories without prior notice.
   • If the content defames or damages the reputation of other Members or third parties
   • If the content violates public order or good morals
   • If the content is deemed to be associated with criminal activity
   • If the content infringes on the intellectual property rights, including copyright, of the Company or third parties
   • When the posting period set by the company has been exceeded or when the content doesn't match the nature of the board
   • If deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations

Article 8 (Service Usage Restrictions)

1. The Company may restrict service usage if a Member violates the obligations under these Terms or disrupts the normal operation of the service.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company may immediately impose a Permanent Suspension in cases such as providing illegal programs that violate copyright laws and interfering with operations, illegal communications and hacking that violate the Information and Communications Network Act, distribution of malicious programs, and acts exceeding access authorization.

Article 9 (Termination of Agreement)

1. Members can request to terminate their service agreement (withdraw membership) at any time through the settings menu within the service, and the Company will process this immediately in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. When a Member terminates their contract, all of the Member's data will be deleted immediately upon termination, except in cases where the Company retains Member information in accordance with relevant laws and the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be held liable for service provision in cases where services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure events.
2. The Company is not liable for damages arising from maintenance, replacement, regular inspections, construction work, or other similar reasons related to service facilities.
3. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by a Member's intentional acts or negligence.
4. The Company is not responsible for any failure by Members to obtain or loss of expected profits through the use of the Service.
5. The Company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or content of information, materials, and facts posted by Members on the Service.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

1. Any litigation arising from disputes between the Company and Members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any litigation arising from disputes between the Company and Members shall be under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms of Service are effective as of December 10, 2025.
